XRS-PDW Salvage

Wanted to explore a weapon design for one of my previous paintings Bad Trip. The idea was to design a Personal defence weapon for a salvage worker. It has to be compact but also sturdy and had to have some other uses other than just a gun. So I added a foward mounted removable laser cutter that could also be used as a foregrip and a stock that can be turned into prybar if there was a need for it. This project helped me learn a bit more about how guns operate also to help improve my visual language in hard surface design. For those interested the gun could use both caseless and cased ammunition. Caseless for zero-g and cased for normal atmospheric use.
